If you are following Achu's answer, then the term libread5-dev should be changed to libreadline-gplv2-dev. So the full command would be:

sudo apt-get install libreadline-gplv2-dev libncursesw5-dev libssl-dev libsqlite3-dev tk-dev libgdbm-dev libc6-dev libbz2-dev
